Myles’ broad experience has endowed him with a keen appreciation of well-reasoned strategy, and knowledge of how to set the right conditions for sustained beneficial change. He has especial expertise in optimising business processes, managing vendors, and software development and implementation.

Nicole has over twenty years experience driving growth in larger public, scale-up and start-up environments with a strong track record of building high performing and innovative teams. She has strong tech and fintech expertise and a passion for growing small business, innovation, people and technology.

She has a multi-functional background with strong experience in sales, marketing, growth strategy, partnerships, new ventures, product development and people leadership, in varied business environments including SaaS, fintech, cloud software, eCommerce, telecommunications, private equity and venture capital. Board director on start-up and publicly listed boards.

International experience across the Asia Pacific region, China, India, the US, the UK and Europe leading to an in-depth knowledge of market entry and growth strategies and an appreciation of the value of diversity, and the merit of alternative angles and global best practices.

With over 30 years’ experience leading teams and organisations in the technology, consultancy and innovation sectors, Mike has spent much of his career working at the leading edge of both corporate and consumer solutions. Mike believes deeply in Mosaic’s mission and is committed to contributing to compliance, efficiency and innovation in the banking, finance and insurance sectors. Mike has held a number of executive and governance roles as well as directly providing advisory and implementation expertise from electronic banking, home shopping and payments to multi-sector e-commerce initiatives.

Tracey has over 20 years’ experience in financial services, including over 10 years in executive bank positions, CEO of an insurance company, CEO of a Wealth company and Chair of a significant asset manager ($6bn). Tracey specialises in establishing new channels and businesses, break-through diversification strategies, developing and leading significant organisational change programmes, integrating operations and teams through mergers and delivering complex regulatory change.

In addition to her role at Mosaic, Tracey is a Trustee of the Ara Foundation and has been a member of the Financial Advisers Disciplinary Committee established under the FMC Act since 2010.

Phil has over 30 years of experience in the financial services sector. His wide functional expertise includes strategic development, building and leading successful teams and lines of business, finance, technology, operations, and risk management.

He has held senior executive leadership positions spanning the strategy, distribution, operations, programme management and technology functions in banking and wealth management organisations.

Phil is a Chartered Member of the NZ Institute of Directors and his governance background includes a range of director and oversight roles in public and privately-owned financial services entities.

In addition to his academic qualifications, Phil has attended executive leadership programmes at both London and Harvard Business Schools.

Catherine has 30 years’ experience leading teams and organisations in the technology, consultancy and finance sectors. She has enjoyed a career working in the intersect between technology and business developing solutions to transform businesses and industries.

Catherine has held senior Operational and IT leadership roles where she has been responsible for day-to-day operations as well as large scale people, process and systems change.  She is a leader with a strong track record for shaping and delivering business outcomes while positively engaging the people around her.

Catherine is committed to contributing to efficiency, excellence and transformation in the banking, finance and insurance sectors.

Mark has over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector across NZ, Aus and UK. His wide range of expertise includes strategic development, regulatory response, conduct, compliance and risk management and building and leading successful teams.

Tom is a highly experienced project manager, transition manager, and business analyst. He has a thorough understanding of trade processing, fund accounting, and custody for a wide range of standard and customised solutions.

With over 15 years’ experience in banking, from Trade Finance to Correspondent Banking, leading teams and implementing departments, Emilie has spent much of her career working with international Financial Institutions and developing Thought Leadership.

Jigs is an experienced operations and sales executive, with the acumen to align operations, people and financials to the overall strategic vision/objectives of an organisation.

His key strength is enhancing the overall value proposition of the organisation by aligning the strategic vision to all facets of the business and identifying and implementing sustained changes that improve the bottom line, increase revenue, streamline costs, improve processes, and most importantly grow, coach and mentor the wider business teams, who are the biggest assets of any organisation.

Jigs takes a partnership approach by focusing on understanding the business – both the vision and the current and any future barriers that inhibit growth, and by suggesting changes that not only have a financial benefit but align people and processes with the business values and goals and in turn enable the teams to attain a better sense of role purpose and alignment to business vision.
