Our insurance client asked for assistance with its integration programme following the successful acquisition of another insurance business. We provided testing, business analysis and project management services focused on tasks related to: common reporting, data integration, platform and tools selection.

Mosaic was engaged to assist a life insurer with its due diligence process for a core system replacement. We had previously led the implementation of the same system for another client.

Based on our previous experience we were able to provide the life insurer with practical insights on implementing the system and working with the vendor to assist its due diligence process.
