Caroline is a privacy and security risk professional with an excess of 10 years of related experience in the private and public sectors including extensive work with clients in the financial sector.

She is an International Association of Privacy Professionals Fellow of Information Privacy and a OneTrust Fellow. Caroline also holds IAPP’s Certified Privacy Professional Europe (CIPP/E), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT) certifications.

Caroline specialises in providing privacy and data protection consultancy and is a leading expert in GDPR. She has assisted multiple financial organisations to prepare and develop their GDPR programmes.

Also, a qualified project manager Caroline allows her to provide advice on how to approach the implementation of any recommendations.

Mark is a privacy and security risk specialist with 20 years plus related experience, working with both public sector and private, enterprise organisations in both New Zealand and the UK.

He specialises in enterprise and solutions architecture and design, security and privacy by design, service and operational delivery design, privacy information management solutions and privacy strategy & program development.

His depth and breadth of experience in leveraging emerging, disruptive technologies, in particular, cloud-based ‘as a service’ solutions allows him to deliver customer business objectives and real outcome-based results. In addition, he provides customers with practical and meaningful advice on matters related to the protection of personal information and privacy aspects of information security in relation to the New Zealand Privacy Act and overseas legislation. He also hold the OneTrust Fellow of Privacy Technology certification.
