His key strength is enhancing the overall value proposition of the organisation by aligning the strategic vision to all facets of the business and identifying and implementing sustained changes that improve the bottom line, increase revenue, streamline costs, improve processes, and most importantly grow, coach and mentor the wider business teams, who are the biggest assets of any organisation.

Jigs takes a partnership approach by focusing on understanding the business – both the vision and the current and any future barriers that inhibit growth, and by suggesting changes that not only have a financial benefit but align people and processes with the business values and goals and in turn, enable the teams to attain a better sense of role purpose and alignment to the business vision.
