Dee is a commercially astute, pragmatic CA & CIA qualified professional with proven experience in operational and compliance risk management in an agile environment, supplier due diligence financial investigations, probity/ procurement projects auditing, large business tax investigations, quality assurance implementation, compliance & governance reviews at Line 1-2-3.

Dee has 15 years of experience working in New Zealand’s financial sector institutions (including local and international owned Banks) and the public sector, at both national and local government levels.

Dee is passionate about bringing diverse stakeholder voices into designing inclusive technology & digital solutions for risk and compliance problems. She takes a continuous improvement approach to her process and controls development work with a strong focus on sustainable outcomes which meet complex business and compliance requirements.

Dee is currently working on her Masters project with the Tech Futures Lab on how to employ disruptive technologies to enable sustainable reporting for large not-for-profits using the ESG Framework.
