Donovan Burton
Director, Informed.City

Donovan is the Director of Informed.City and is a highly experienced climate change practitioner with a diverse portfolio of experience. Over the past 20 years he has worked on over 350 climate change projects in NZ, Australia, the Pacific and SE Asia.  During this time, he has carried out work with financial organisations, property developers, infrastructure providers, transport networks, ports, information technology companies, insurers, UN agencies, research organisations and all levels of government.

His recent work in NZ has focussed on banking and investment sector exposure to climate risk, climate scenario development, climate risk model development and climate risk management.  Donovan has been appointed by the UNFCCC as an expert to support the development of climate change adaptation indicators for the Global Goal on Adaptation (GGA), a central workstream of the Paris Agreement.  He is also a working group member of the United Nations Environmental Program (UNEP) World Adaptation Science Program (WASP) and an Associate of the Griffith University Climate Response Initiative. This diverse portfolio gives Donovan unique insight into cascading climate change risks.

Tracey Berry
Partner, Mosaic

Tracey specialises in the provision of complex advice and change across the financial services sector and is also currently on the Board of the National Provident Fund and Financial Markets Authority.

During her career Tracey has established the wealth business for Kiwibank (Kiwi Wealth), BNZ and Westpac, has been the CEO of Gareth Morgan Investments, CEO of Kiwi Insurance, and the Group General Manager of Kiwibank, responsible for the Retail, Rural and Commercial/business channels, digital and operational teams and led significant regulatory change at four New Zealand banks.

Mathieu Hemery
Principal Consultant, Mosaic

Mathieu is a highly motivated financial services professional with a broad range of analysis and agile skills as well as a deep understanding of financial products.

In his scrum master roles have required first rate stakeholder management skills to drive the right outcomes. Mathieu also has significant technical skills acquired in his earlier career which provides a further positive dimension to his problem-solving skills.
