I'm delighted to be back at the FST Future of Financial Services conference in Sydney after a gap of a few years. Really interesting to see the shift away from digital identity, workflow and all things robo to various stripes of data mgmt in that time. Assuming the later are now commoditised.
Of these process mining looks to offer some promise across a range of significant use cases ranging from requirements modelling through to proactive remediation. We have a couple of vendor sandpits lined up to see what can be achieved in the field.
There are also some great delivery management tools that prompt another conversation with some clients who have struggled with resource management from on boarding through to demand management.
