Wealth Platform Selection & Implementation
Mosaic was engaged to provide a market survey, evaluation framework, and implementation project management services to a leading wealth management client.
Their existing platform was reaching the limits of its extensibility and scalability and they needed a rigorous evaluation process to identify potential solutions which met their unique requirements. The application of the Mosaic evaluation and selection process ensured the client had sufficient insights and knowledge to cost-effectively select the right solution.
Registry, Wrap & Securities Trading Platform Review
Our tier one wealth management client was running several legacy platforms with significant functional overlaps and wanted to review potential replacement solutions which might more efficiently meet operational needs.
Mosaic was engaged to apply our expert knowledge of global solutions and facilitate and execute an evaluation process within our ESP framework. This project significantly increased the client’s knowledge on this topic, helped them avoid a number of pitfalls and produced two potential solution candidates.
Unit Registry System Procurement & Implementation
The initial brief was to provide a third party technical and contract review to support the selection of the Bravura Sonata suite of unit registry applications. This subsequently extended to assisting the client with business case preparation, contract negotiation and finally programme management of the entire implementation.
Operations Process Audit
Mosaic was engaged by a tier one financial services provider to evaluate the operations value chain against best practice and provide recommendations for improvements. This included process and systems for unit pricing, registry, clients communications for two key clients schemes. These recommendations were implemented using a risk-based approach.
