Warsha has over twelve years of experience in the financial sector. Being Six Sigma and Lean Certified, she has been involved in numerous projects as subject matter expert, project lead and change owner including implementation of new system, regulatory and legislative requirements from operational and system perspective as well as identifying and solving for gaps in existing processes.
With the experience of managing internal and external stakeholder expectations both locally and internationally, Warsha relishes the drive and adaptability to create positive win-win outcomes in delivering business goals and solutions.
