Rebecca comes to Mosaic with over 20 years recruitment experience, gained both in agency and in house within financial and IT based organisations. Bought in to help nurture and mature Mosaic’s already effective recruitment brand Rebecca is looking forward to elevating it to the next level.
Her role has both an internal and external lens, internally to continue to engage and work with our team to define and promote our employment brand and culture, and externally to continually engage and build relationships with talent in the wider marketplace and ensure the Mosaic offering is known to all.
