Damian has 24 years’ experience in the financial services industry including time in large Life Insurance, Wealth and Banking institutions. He has significant experience in managing regulatory change, leading and being an SME for large programmes of work relating to financial advice, conduct, privacy and health and safety.

Damian brings a broad skill set and range of experience, applies a pragmatic approach and has the ability to align regulatory change initiatives to corporate vision and strategy to lead to successful delivery and outcomes. Outside of work, you will find Damian out in the ocean, on the mountain or on a bike track, sometimes with and sometimes without his 3 young children.
